Madrid – Our Personalities Makes us Millionaires

Once upon a time, there were … Wait… It wasn`t once upon a time, it was a month ago! But it definitely was a trip to remember, so one day 50 years later I can write once upon a time. (Of course I have no idea what I will write by that time, but today I know what to share with all of you).     Madrid – how did it all happen? Since my best friend, Kadi, moved to Madrid a couple of months ago, I promised to visit her. Plus, with all the fantastic stories Diego (Who doesn’t know the awesome Diego?!) has told us about this city, it was about time to go explore what Madrid, Spain has to offer. 😉   On a Sunday night after the Charity Ball, where we had a great time and loads of champagne, we were off to Madrid. Since the weather was bad and rainy in Geneva during our journey, it was just what we needed: D-Vitamin! 😉 We took our Swiss Flight (Once again, …

V E R O N A – Go wisely and slowly. Those who rush stumble and fall.

It is easy to say and hard to do! – I promise each week that I will write and share my photos. This year in 3 months I have had 8 big projects! I am almost done with everything and ready to start with new ones, so I am truly hoping that as soon as I have  this “Piece of free time”, I will share all the photos, videos, Websites and etc with you! 😉     After two gorgeous days in Venice, our next destination was Verona! Let me be honest, I don’t think we would have ever gone there if one our friends hadn’t recommended it. Well, everything happens for a reason and at the right time.  As always my “Travel” posts are not the typical Tourist Post. Not that I do not care about all of the architecture, history and stories. I do!   But I do not like to be surrounded by crazy tourists who are just shoving and taking one photos after another without taking a moment to enjoy the …

Venice – Where even the coldest heart starts melting.

Hi My Friends, I have been promising and promising, to write about our Hilarious Zurich Trip and share my Photoshoots! (I will, I will, I will) A week ago we were travelling around northern Italy, and our first stop was Venice. Praveen and I met four years ago, and since then we have the tradition to go somewhere to celebrate it. Luckily our anniversary is in Spring, so we do not need to travel very far. Funnily it is the second year when we decided to go to Italy again. Wonder why we would like to get married there as well :)! First we thought that we are going to take the flight to Venice and we will spend there another 3-4 days. But then friend of us, said that Verona is also super magical place to visit. Plus Praveen was crying about his “long pants” which he can only buy in Milan. ( My man cares about the fashion more, than probably I do- hard to measure) Well, and since we do not own our …

Long time no see, But how was Chicago?

Since last year I bought Desktop instead of Laptop for myself, since that, I have become the lazy writer. Like we all are making new year`s promises that we will do more sport, learn new things, etc., but my PROMISE is that I will update each week, at least, one Blog Post. As my days are sometimes very long- minimum 15 hours work behind the camera or computer, and then my favorite thing in this life happens to be Bed. But let me be honest, 15 hours business days are not an excuse for my people, who are waiting to read my stories and see the pictures.Thank you for your kind emails and comments, you are making me feel important.( Oh, this year I made some incredible photos, did I share any of them… NO?!!!)   But today I will fill up my travel column, as it was probably the biggest highlight at the end of this year. Not only because we happened to be in Chicago, but also because it was the first …

Celebrating my 5 th year in Switzerland – How Ms.B was born and How did it change my life.

First: Thank you, my friends, here in Switzerland and all over the world. You have made my five years incredibly beautiful and adventurous. This year I decided to celebrate my five years in Switzerland, with people who took me into their families and opened their home to me. Within this five years, I have changed a lot. First of all I am not anymore a small village girl, well in my heart I am, but I see the world differently and understand it better. When I was living in my little village, then my life was small.. Small in many ways.  The news of the day was when someone got a speeding ticket, or someone was dressing up differently. Because I wasn’t able to see the world globally. Five years later, I see the world completely differently; I know now more about religions, food, culture and languages. I understand what the world is and why we all are different.( Of course, I have a long way to go, but my world is bigger than before) …

Annecy – “La France” – From Thunderstorm to Sunset

This week I would like to share some stories of Annecy.  As soon now I have been living in Switzerland 5 years, then apparently I have managed to go to Annecy only 1. Yes, I know it is only 45 minutes away, and some of you are going there at least 1 in a week. But, yes it is me.. Who likes to discover every time new things again. Because if you`re going too often the same place, you forget the beauty. We arrived in Annecy with the proper rain and thunderstorm.   It was pouring rain… We didn’t mind, as we had some nice wine with us and the view was still incredible. My mom`s dream to go to Annecy, – whenever she visited me in Switzerland, she was asking, if we could go. Yeah took us about year to go, but finally 😉 They call Annecy as a “French Vienna” because it has so many canals, it is small and stunning. It has some things very “French”, – Service, people, and Style. (But I …

2weeks in Estonia. Estonian and Indian are sharing their Story of Estonia.

Estonia, my home country We landed in Estonia on 1st of July; the weather was “Estonian summer warm”, which means you need to wear the light jacket. But apart from that Sun was shining and everything seemed nice. We took a taxi to our First Hotel called: Pirita Top Hotel. First of all why did we choose this Hotel, was because it was by the sea, and we were close to the place where our Beer festival took place.  Second, because I always loved Pirita and I used to work nearby there. So little nostalgia moment for me. Now.. Do I recommend you to stay in Pirita Top Hotel- my answer is No! First of all they don’t have Wifi in their bedrooms and when you check-in they don’t even mention you this. So you have to call them again and pay extra money for the internet. It is funny, because everywhere in the world Estonia advertise itself, how High Technology country it is and The Internet is everywhere. Don`t buy this marketing bulls**t. Well, of …

How did Milan steal my heart…

We visited  Milan in April… First of all, the minute we arrived in Milan Train Station I already knew that I will love that City.  Milan is precisely something for my heart: Fashion, Style and Friendly Handsome people. Italians like to take care of themselves, and this makes me happy. We stayed in Milan 3 days, yes I know it is not enough to get to know all about Milan. We didn’t manage to go everywhere, but we got the best food and drinks. Plus of course the shopping – High Heels, dresses, Bags … uuuhhh. Did I metion all of it? Don`t think so We stayed at the 4 star Anderola Hotel. The Andreola Hotel is a quality boutique hotel located in the railway terminal district in Milan, Italy. Step off the urban sidewalk and into traditional neoclassical Italian interiors extending throughout the lobby, sixth-floor restaurant and guest rooms. Our Stay was superb and romantic. Italians are excellent in their service and breakfast was just Heavenly good. Of course, we spend days with Shopping and eating.. …
