“Step by Step, i gotta go” Photoday with a beautiful Martin & his mom

Hello, How are you doing? Last week, I had a chance to take some photos of Little Baby boy Martin. He is just so adorable. Martin just turned 1 years old. Ms.B Favorite Snack this September – MINIBURGERS ;)

Hello Hello- It`s snack time 😉 MsB has discovered out one of the most delicious Snack.. I am happy to share one of the recipe, I personally like, but of course You can always add more ingredients or less 🙂 What do you need?  3 small brown onions 250g beef mince or mixed ( can be also chicken)  1/3 cup dried breadcrumbs 1 egg, lightly beaten 1/2 cup tomato chutney 20g butter 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar olive oil cooking spray 6 hamburger buns 1 avocado ,  Cheese   Step1 Finely chop half of 1 onion. Thinly slice remaining onions. Place chopped onion, mince, breadcrumbs, egg and 1 tablespoon chutney in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix to combine. Roll tablespoons of mixture to make 24 balls. Flatten slightly. Place on a plate. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Step 2 Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add sliced onion. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes. Add sugar and vinegar. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. …

Cocktail from DEE – Plum & Vanilla Ice Tea‏

MsB is more than happy that Dee send her Cocktail recipe for us! As it is Plum season, then why not to use seasonal ingredients.   The cocktail is a twist on ice tea. It’s made from poaching plums with some sugar, lemon, vanilla and star anise. Once poached the fruit is muddled with some green tea and strained. Then mixed with gin, a few lemon wedges and lots of ice. About Dee: I’m a chef who trained in the world famous Ballymaloe Cookery School. The Ice Bucket Challenge-People stop making yourself so important.

Hello! During the last two months the Ice Bucket Challenge has been one of the most successful disease awareness campaigns in the world. Specifically, the campaign seeks to raise funding for institutions engaged in finding the cure to Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). We all have read about it everywhere and seen videos of people taking their ice bucket and dumping the water over themselves. So far, in the U.S. alone, more than $100 million have been raised. Yes, over 100 million dollars! Before this campaign research institutions did not have much money for research and development to find a cure. Nevertheless, today they have $100 million and that’s a vast amount of money to help people who can`t help themselves anymore. The reason why I decided to write about ALS Ice-Bucket Challenge is because I am tired of reading other people’s comments about:” How we should always donate money( And not because of this campaign)- Yes of course we should, but didnt this campaign make you to understand it again; stop wasting water, instead save …

Cocktail Time!? Send your Cocktail Photo and share your recipe with us!

Hello Hello Hello, Happy people how are you doing? I know that weekend is coming and it is time to do something. I guess you all have noticed that August is over and September arrived. Today I would like to introduce “Autumn Sangria”.  It has all the best out of Autumn- try it out 😉 ( Send your photo, once you have tried it) Produce 2 Apples 2 Pears 2 Plums Baking & spices 4 Cinnamon sticks Drinks 3 cups Apple cider 1 cup Club soda Beer, wine & spirits 1/2 cup Bourbon Other 1 bottle Of pinot grigio Instructions Mix all the liquid ingredients together in a BIG pitcher and stir it up really well. Drop in the cinnamon sticks and fruit, give it another good stir then refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Give it one more good stir before serving. Cheers! MsB Partytime

Hi, How are you doing? I was thinking I should share some moments and photos of mine.  If you have read “MsB Partytime Story” then more less you know who I am and what I am doing. It`s also my happiness to share something what makes you smile and happy. We all have something to be happy for: Family, Friends, Pets, “Things” which makes us feel better and Emotions. But now my question is when was your last time you tried something new? What was it?  What did you feel? Did you feel happiness? Think for a second and if you haven`t done something new, then it is time. Fall in love, get hurt, get up again. Buy new shoes and let them to hurt your feet, but you have to  get up again. Go and travel, travel alone or with friends. Run, run as far and as fast you never run before, feel the pain on your lungs and legs, but enjoy it. Eat full box of chocolates. Hike up on the mountain.
